Welcome to the website of the StudyServiceCenter (SSC) Mathematics. The SSC Mathematics is the central point of contact for questions concerning study organization and study law in the field of mathematics.
On our web pages you will find information on these topics, as well as on the study programs in mathematics and the administrative procedures during your studies.
General information
Approximately 3000 people study at the Faculty of Mathematics.
We offer bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs (scientific education), and - together with our partners in the Verbund Nord-Ost - teacher training programs (mandatory combination).
This makes us the largest scientific training center in Austria and the largest teacher training center in the field of mathematics.
Every year, approximately 300 students complete their mathematics studies with us.
We offer a wide range of mathematical subjects combined with a variety of specialization options.
