Master's of Edaction in the teaching subject mathematics

The two-year Master's program in teaching is also subject to choosing a second teaching subject and builds on the completed Bachelor's program (with the same subject combination). It is offered and carried out in cooperation with our partners in the Verbund Nord-Ost. The following is an excerpt of the qualifications, beyond the Bachelor's degree, that our curriculum defines for graduates of the MEd UF Mathematics.

Graduates are qualified to teach mathematics at the secondary-school level in a manner that is both technically and didactically sound. In the Master's program, they receive the necessary deepening and broadening of the content of the Bachelor's program for independent lesson planning and design; in particular, they are able to supervise students' pre-scientific work.
